Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 1LTShift Hours: 38 hrs per week (Mon – Fri)Salary: Competitive

***WE ARE HOLDING AN ASSESSMENT CENTRE IN NORTHAMPTON ON 14TH JULY 2026***

Contract Type: Permanent & 12 month FTCs

Location: Wellingborough or Hemel Hempstead

Hybrid: 3 days a week in office

Hours: 38 per week, MonFri (we will consider part time hours, to be discussed at interview stage)

Our Supply Chain team sits at the heart of the business, and were transforming how we work. Were growing across grocery, frozen, butchery and impulse, and were looking for practical, problemsolving people to help us raise the bar for service. Join us at an assessment day (up to two hours) and see where you fit.

Keep stock flowing to the right place at the right time. Support branches and category teams, improve customer satisfaction and cash profit, and help us plan ahead while fixing issues fast.

  • Hitting service level targets while managing stockholding and waste
  • Owning a supplier/category portfolio
  • Overseeing that stock arrives into our network in full and on time
  • Forecasting demand, including NPD launches, seasonality and promotions
  • Working across the business with multiple stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication at all levels
  • Spotting risks early and taking appropriate action to resolve
  • Dealing with immediate issues in the moment
  • Good numerical skills
  • Clear communication, strong organisation, and attention to detail
  • Confidence using stock ordering/planning systems or similar systems
  • Basic Excel skills we use filters, VLOOKUP & PivotTables but dont worry if cant do a v-look up or pivot table yet, we can support your upskilling
  • A practical way to forecast new lines using sensible comparisons and clear assumptions
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Grade C/4+
  • Nice to have: supply chain or procurement experience in the FMCG sector; a supply chain qualification or degree
