Key Account Manager Facilities Management Location:Runcorn (covering the North West region)

Salary:£40,000 £45,000 Contract Type:Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a leadingFacilities Management (FM)organisation, is seeking an experienced and customer-focusedKey Account Managerto oversee a portfolio of key commercial contracts across theNorth West.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national FM business with a strong reputation for quality service delivery and long-term client partnerships.

About the Role

As aKey Account Manager, youll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring that all FM services are delivered to the highest standard.

Youll work closely with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure client satisfaction, contractual compliance, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day client relationships across multiple commercial FM contracts.

Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.

Working with operational teams to deliver planned and reactive maintenance efficiently.

Preparing reports, attending client review meetings, and driving contract performance.

Identifying opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional service offerings.

Supporting tender and bid activity for new business when required.

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all sites.

About You

Youll be a strong communicator and relationship builder with proven experience inaccount or contract managementwithin theFM or building servicessector.

Youll bring:

Experience managing commercial FM contracts (hard or soft services).

Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets or P&L.

Excellent organisational, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive, professional, and customer-first approach.

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the North West.
