Due to continued growth across the infrastructure sector, one of our key clients has engaged us to recruit Project Controls Engineers to support a portfolio of major infrastructure and capital programmes.
At Infraspec, we specialise exclusively in Project Controls recruitment across infrastructure, transportation, energy, defence, utilities, and major programmes.
These opportunities offer the chance to work on complex, high-profile projects within established Project Controls teams, supporting the successful delivery of programmes through planning, cost management, risk management, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Project Controls activities across major infrastructure and capital programmes
- Assisting with planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and reporting activities
- Maintaining project controls systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
- Supporting project performance analysis, forecasting, and progress measurement
- Producing accurate and timely reports for project and programme teams
- Coordinating with project delivery, commercial, engineering, and client stakeholders
- Supporting change control, governance, and performance management processes
- Contributing to project reviews and providing insights to support informed decision-making
Experience Required
- Experience within a Project Controls, Planning, Cost, or Programme Controls environment
- Exposure to infrastructure, engineering, construction, or major capital projects
- Understanding of Project Controls principles, including planning, cost management, risk management, and reporting
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles is advantageous
- Experience using Primavera P6 and/or other Project Controls tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Consultancy, client-side, contractor, or project delivery experience is beneficial
