Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the Lettings function
- Registering applicants and matching suitable properties to their requirements
- Conducting property viewings using the company car fleet
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting negotiations between landlords and tenants
- Keeping property records and CRM systems fully updated
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Candidate Requirements
- A genuine interest in property and the Estate Agency industry
- Highly motivated with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence dealing with people at all levels
- Well presented and professional at all times
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Full UK driving licence essential
