Position Summary
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for an Overnight Guest Services Agent (Luggage Porter / Bell Attendant) to join our team.
The Overnight Guest Services Agent is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. The ideal Agent manages all guest arrivals and departures efficiently, and ensures seamless service throughout the overnight shift. This is a Full Time Permanent Overnight position.
Location
Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.
Responsibilities
• Manage guest arrivals and departures swiftly and professionally.• Provide outstanding service during the overnight shift.
Qualifications
- Current, clean driving licence in the UK/EU
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Warm welcoming smile, positive attitude, and knowledge of the local area
- Ability to lift heavy objects and withstand all weather conditions
- Excellent communication, guest contact, and organisational skills
- Previous experience as a Luggage Porter / Bell Attendant beneficial, but not required.
