Junior ICT Service Delivery — First-Line Support, Bilingual

Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council is seeking an enthusiastic Junior ICT Service Delivery Officer to support ICT systems mainly in Aberystwyth and Aberaeron. You will act as the first line of support for users, assist with a variety of ICT equipment, and support schools in Ceredigion and Powys.

A good understanding of ICT and previous experience in support roles is required. Effective communication in Welsh and English is essential. The role includes flexible working arrangements and benefits such as up to 34 days of annual leave and a local government pension scheme.
