Programme Description

Blackstone’s Summer Analyst Program is a 10‑week in‑person experience that provides participants with extensive exposure across the firm. The program offers guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft‑skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone’s culture.

Job Description

Blackstone’s Summer Analyst program offers a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to enhance their perspective on business and investing. Strategic Partners provides the opportunity to join one of the most active and long‑tenured investment teams in the real‑estate secondaries industry.

Summer Analyst Work May Include

The real‑estate vertical is a dedicated group within Strategic Partners focused exclusively on real‑estate secondaries investing. The Summer Analyst will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modelling of real‑estate funds and properties across all geographies and asset classes, including multifamily, industrial & logistics, hospitality, retail and niche sectors such as cold storage and data centres. They will gain experience working on secondary transactions, fund and asset‑level recapitalisations, co‑investments, primary commitments, and other transaction structures. Additional responsibilities include preparing and presenting internal materials for new transactions, compiling Investment Committee memos, assembling materials for weekly team meetings, and analysing market data for various transactions.

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or master’s student
  • Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2028
  • CV includes expected graduation month/year and grade
  • CV in PDF format
