We are currently recruiting Full-Time Teaching Assistants for a range of supportive and welcoming secondary schools across the Wirral. These roles offer an immediate start and are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed day to day.
Role Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
- Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Provide 1:1 and small group support where required
- Help create a positive, inclusive and structured learning environment
- Support students with a range of needs and abilities
Qualifications & Skills
- Has experience working with young people (school‑based or transferable experience)
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and proactive
- Has strong communication and behaviour support skills
- Is committed to making a real difference in education
