Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) – Plus Commission

Role Description
Intricall Communications are a fast-growing and dynamic supplier of Business-to-Business telecommunications services and support. We work with companies of all shapes and sizes, from large multinationals through to small businesses. Our technology-agnostic approach allows us to truly consult with our clients and deliver products and services tailored to their specific needs. At the core of our business is our passion for transformation and our focus on customer satisfaction.
The Role
- High level of outbound telephone calls daily (circa 100 per day)
- Sourcing own data and leads
- Managing and updating CRM with contact information
- Collecting information on prospects
- Generating a minimum of 15 appointments per month
- Actively promote Intricall Communications products/services via different channels using initiative (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Marketing etc.)
The Candidate
- The successful candidate will have a cheerful and outgoing personality and live within daily commuting distance of the office in Milton Keynes.
- Having worked within the telecom industry would be preferable, but not essential as full training will be given.
- Possess a self-starter attitude and a resilient approach to your work.
- Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Minimum GCSE level Maths and English.
- Basic skill level of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Willingness to learn and be receptive to feedback with a positive attitude.
- Proven experience working in a telesales / new business role for a managed service provider / IT services company.
- Target and KPI driven.
- A strong sales track record of winning new business via telesales / outbound new business calls.
- Any experience in running sales campaigns and customer service will be highly advantageous.
