Responsibilities

Main duties: To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Role:

• To respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• To follow up on orders and ensure delivery status is updated regularly
• To advise customers on product suitability
• To complete necessary administration and keep the customer records up to date
• To liaise with Servicing department to schedule installation of product and servicing
• To monitor customer feedback and provide suitable suggestions for improvement

Candidate’s Profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) – Essential
• Previous experience in customer service – Essential
• Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
• Excellent communication skills and a team player
• IT literate
