Occupational Therapist

For our client, a leading company in the UK, we are looking for a Occupational Therapist

Salary Range: £40,000 – £70, 000 per annum + Bonus – Depending on experience

Location: On Site – United Kingdom (Multiple Locations)

Your responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Design and implement treatment programs to help patients improve daily living and working skills.
• Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive tools to support recovery and enhance independence.
• Educate patients and families on home care plans, safety, and adaptive strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing patient evaluation and goals.
• Provide support across various settings including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and homes.

Your qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MSOT, OTD).
• Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
• Proven experience in occupational therapy (at least 2–5 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, assistive devices, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Ability to work independently
• Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle required
