About the Role

Community Integrated Care is one of the UK’s largest health and social care charities, enriching the lives of people with diverse care needs. The role is providing visiting support in the community.

Responsibilities

Support individuals across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire from Monday to Sunday, 8am–6pm. Provide assistance with daily activities, support plans, and facilitate independence. Work within the Community Living Project, ensuring care plans are updated and delivered in a manner that respects choice, dignity and control. Travel public transport to reach service users in areas such as Torry, Northfield, Seaton and Bridge of Don, among others.

Qualifications

Experience working with individuals who have complex and behavioural needs is preferred. Must be reliable, honest and have strong communication skills. A UK driving licence is not required, but good knowledge of public transport is essential.
