Flexible Bank Support Worker

Overview

Flexible Bank Support Worker (261098). Pay £13.45 per hour and £50 per shift, with flexibility to work short notice and select shifts. No CoS available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily living tasks to develop their independence, reach goals and outcomes as documented in support plans.
• Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services.
• Support customers with budgeting, cooking, and attending appointments.
• Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
• Help customers build independence and prepare for community move‑on.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Flexibility to work short notice and choose shifts.
• Confidence to work across different services, locations, or teams.
• Passion and experience in supporting others, ideally in supported housing settings.
• Experience caring for others – professionally or personally.
• Enhanced with Barring List status (to be paid).
