Neighbourhoods Social Work Leader – Advanced Practice

Somerset Council is looking for an Advanced Practitioner Social Worker to provide professional leadership in a neighbourhood-based service. You will work closely with health colleagues and community partners to support adults in living independently.

As a leader in Adult Social Care, you will oversee complex cases, guide practitioners, and contribute to service development. The role offers flexible working with a minimum of 2 days in the office. Applicants must have a Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
