Solicitor – Commercial Property – Cardiff – Hybrid
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading and highly regarded team in Cardiff. The team handles a wide range of complex, high‑value transactions across multiple sectors, offering the chance to work closely with experienced partners and gain exposure to top‑quality work from day one.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and large‑scale development projects. They will play a central role in progressing transactions and building strong, lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Managing acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant matters, including telecoms leases
- Supporting portfolio management, investment work and development projects
- Providing commercial property input on corporate transactions and strategic occupier matters
- Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships
