- Experience of working in relevant environments, i.e., Business/Corporate Banking, Financial Services
- Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs
- Evidence of commercial lending will be advantageous
- Experience of leading and delivering excellent customer service and proactively looking for innovative ways to improve this service
- Experience of building effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
- Comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others’ compliance with relevant regulatory processes
