This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work from day one and build your expertise across the full spectrum of employment law. You will work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

  • Business acquisitions and employment aspects of corporate transactions
  • TUPE transfers
  • Collective redundancies and restructuring projects
  • Senior executive appointments and exits
  • Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
  • Employment contracts, policies and HR advisory work
  • Complex Employment Tribunal litigation, including:
  • Whistleblowing claims
  • Discrimination claims
  • Breach of contract disputes

This is a genuine opportunity to work closely with experienced employment specialists on complex matters for a diverse and prestigious client base.

About You:

Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying shortly)

Solid seat completed in employment law

Excellent communication and client-care skills

Commercially aware with a proactive approach
