- Business acquisitions and employment aspects of corporate transactions
- TUPE transfers
- Collective redundancies and restructuring projects
- Senior executive appointments and exits
- Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
- Employment contracts, policies and HR advisory work
- Complex Employment Tribunal litigation, including:
- Whistleblowing claims
- Discrimination claims
- Breach of contract disputes
