About the Role

Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Newcastle Stores.

Pay & Hours

Pay Rate: £15.55 per hour

Hours: Full Time (39 hours)

Shifts

Rotational shifts between 5:30 am and 10 pm, including weekends.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee efficient loading/unloading of catering equipment and stock from trains.
  • Manage order assembly and maintain precise control over inventory.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
  • Strategically place products to minimize wastage through effective rotation.
