Compensation: up to £30,000 basic with quarterly commission

Hybrid working: 4 days weekly in Piccadilly Circus office

What will you be doing in this role?

Candidate management:

  • Identify, attract and shortlist candidates for mandates in accordance with the requirements of the client –through a mix of the CRM, LinkedIn, networking, advertising and referrals
  • Headhunt candidates and build relationships with passive candidates
  • Manage the relationship with candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle from original contact to postplacement.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls, as well as follow up meetings (face to face and virtual) to asses and critique candidates against mandate requirements.
  • Brief candidates on job opportunities and gain their commitment
  • Provide consultative services and market intelligence to candidates
  • Send speculative CVs to relevant clients
  • Use sales skills and market/company/role information to gain candidates’ interest and to overcome any concerns
  • Manage relevant Hotlists and Candidate Trackers

Client management

  • Market map clients, gathering information
  • Attend client meetings with the Head of Practice to lead on retained, exclusive, and contingent searches
  • Conduct detailed research into clients, their backers and competitors, and creating client packs to be utilised for client pitches, as well as during the search process
