Proactive Global is seeking a Machine Operator in Northampton, UK, for a Temp to Perm, Full Time role. The position involves setting up and monitoring machinery, quality checks, and minor troubleshooting duties. The pay rate ranges from £14 to £16 per hour depending on experience, with a shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.30pm.

Successful candidates will collaborate with team members to meet production targets and ensure a clean and safe working environment. Training for CNC machinery operation will be provided.
