Pay rate: £13.45 – £20.18

Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time

Location: Bury St Edmunds

Start Date: ASAP

The successful Customer Service Agent will receive:

• £13.45 basic
• £20.18 overtime (after 7.5hrs per day)
• Guaranteed 37.5hrs per week

What to expect as a Customer Service Agent:

Working Monday to Friday with 8.30am starts, you will be handling a high volume of customer care calls for a busy fuel provider in Bury St Edmunds.

As a Customer Service Agent you must:

• Have previous experience in a call centre environment
• Be computer literate
• Be polite and professional, able to handle a high volume of customer calls

This position is commutable from Stowmarket, Thetford, Newmarket, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds.
