Clinical Unit Manager- Freelands Croft

Redfields Lane, Church Crookham, Fleet GU52 0AD

6 hours will be supernumerary.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Promoting residents’ independence, choice and dignity by ensuring the team provides the highest standards of care.
  • Assessing each resident’s wellbeing – ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met while maintaining accurate records.
  • Delivering clinical guidance, leading by example, motivating and mentoring the team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home.
  • Building lasting relationships with residents and their families, fostering a sense of community.
  • Creating and developing strong relationships with local partners to raise the care home’s profile locally and beyond.

Key Skills / Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding professional development.
  • Passion for caring for the elderly, with an emphasis on maintaining independence, choice and dignity.
  • Effective communication skills, able to build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families.
  • A clinical leader capable of motivating, mentoring, delegating effectively, and promoting excellent customer service and relationships.
  • A respectful and compassionate team player who believes in giving their personal best.
