Purpose
At Shaw Trust we help give people with a criminal record the opportunity for a second chance by providing services to support them in custody and in the community. We provide skills, knowledge, and a sense of purpose for life after custody, significantly reducing the likelihood of reoffending, and support participants through each stage of the journey.
Role Summary
We are recruiting for people to join our teams in the role of CFO Support Worker. In this role you will manage a caseload of participants in both custodial and community settings, providing high‐quality support and guidance. You will help participants overcome barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones, develop skills, and find sustainable employment.
You will undergo enhanced vetting checks.
Location
Work across different locations in custody and within community hubs, notably HMP Elmley and Canterbury Probation.
