Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer (Contract – Part Time | Outside IR35)

Remote + 1 week onsite (London)

12 weeks total (split delivery) – Part-time 1 to 3 days of work each week

Day rate: 500 Outside IR35

We’re supporting a global data and insights business with the rollout of a new Dynamics 365 CRM across multiple markets (UK, Netherlands, Switzerland + 1).

They’re looking for an experienced CRM Trainer to support both the design and delivery of training throughout rollout.

What you’ll be doing:

• Getting up to speed with the system (alongside the SI) and building a training plan
• Delivering end-user training across the business during rollout
• Leading a train-the-trainer approach to support global adoption
• Driving user engagement and understanding of the CRM

What they’re looking for:

• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 / CRM training post-implementation
• Strong background in rollout, go-live, and adoption
• Able to create training content and deliver across multiple audiences
• Experience working in global / multi-country environments

This is a slightly different CRM use case – focused on managing panellists rather than

traditional customers, so adaptability is key.
