Production Operative – Warehouse & FLT

Job Overview

Manufacturing Key Operative – Warehouse and FLT. Join our busy, fast-paced manufacturing site to complete inventory, software and warehouse functions, ensuring all deliveries are documented and distributed in full and on time.

Responsibilities

• Complete operational tasks such as picking, loading, unloading and stock management.
• Support with moving and managing stock, using a forklift truck if required.
• Complete related administration tasks and maintain a good working relationship between Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Train on a variety of tasks to provide top quality products for our customers.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing and food handling experience is preferred; full training will be provided if required.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced physical manufacturing environment distributing food-safe products.
• Ability to use trained skills to support moving and managing stock, including forklift operation if necessary.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that can be dusty and noisy with varied temperatures.
• Ability to perform a variety of physical activities such as lifting, bending, walking, pushing, pulling and stretching.
• Over the school leaver’s age (legal requirement); some roles have an additional age restriction due to the nature of the role.
