Prison Kitchen Chef: Nutrition & Skill-Building Mentor

The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Catering Officer to work in Stoke-on-Trent within the prison catering team. You will be responsible for safeguarding children, overseeing meal preparation and cooking for offenders in a professional kitchen, while supporting them to develop skills and enhance their future employment prospects.

Applicants must have a Level 2 certificate in food production and a Level 2 food hygiene certificate, alongside familiarity with health and safety regulations. A hybrid working arrangement may be available.
