The Role
You’ll operate within a high-performing executive search environment, managing retained assignments from brief through to completion on 8-week search cycles.
Ideal Background
• Executive Search experience or high-end contingent recruitment experience
• Full 360 capability
• Commercially ambitious and motivated by both earnings and equity upside
• 2–3+ years minimum
