Our Night Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various overall Night time operations at the hotel. This individual must display exceptional verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all front desk operations during the night shift.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property overnight.
- Perform night audit procedures and prepare financial reports.
- Respond to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, as necessary.
- Monitor staff performance and provide support as needed.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hotel policies.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant information to morning management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management or similar hospitality role, preferably overnight.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit processes.
