Job Description:

Our Night Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various overall Night time operations at the hotel. This individual must display exceptional verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front desk operations during the night shift.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property overnight.
  • Perform night audit procedures and prepare financial reports.
  • Respond to guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, as necessary.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide support as needed.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hotel policies.
  • Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant information to morning management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel management or similar hospitality role, preferably overnight.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit processes.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
