ServiceNow Delivery Director – Telecom Programs

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Delivery Director to lead large-scale telecom and enterprise service management programs. The role requires expertise in ServiceNow delivery, service assurance, stakeholder management, and enterprise transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive strategic program delivery while managing cross-functional teams and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery programs within telecom environments
• Manage enterprise ITSM and service assurance transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with technical, operational, and business stakeholders
• Oversee project delivery timelines, risks, and governance activities
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
• Manage delivery teams and ensure successful program execution
• Support stakeholder communication and executive reporting
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards

Skills

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform delivery
• Experience in telecom or enterprise service assurance programs
• Knowledge of Remedy and ITSM frameworks
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing enterprise transformation programs
• Strong communication, governance, and delivery management capabilities
• Ability to work in hybrid and fast‑paced delivery environments

Preferred

• ITIL certification or ServiceNow certifications
• Experience managing telecom digital transformation programs
• Knowledge of enterprise operational support systems
• Experience handling global or large‑scale delivery teams
• Strong strategic planning and vendor management experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of IT service delivery or program management experience.
