Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who has skills in other trades to join our team in Chelmsford and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across all relevant trades.
• Complete work efficiently and within required deadlines.

Requirements

• Experienced carpenter with skills in other trades.
• Good customer care skills.
• Valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
• Eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship available.
• Reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
