Retail Merchandiser

£14.29 – £15.41 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (£12.75 – £13.75 per hour + £1.54 – £1.66 holiday pay).

Overview
We are looking for Retail Merchandisers to support our clients in a variety of grocery supermarkets. The role involves work across multiple stores with varying travel requirements. You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management, operating at a fast pace to meet high standards.
Responsibilities
- Work in various retail stores, with travel varying by shift; having your own vehicle is advantageous.
- Operate within a team structure and meet the high standards expected by our clients.
- Duties include de‑merchandising and re‑merchandising to planograms, cleaning fixtures where required, reprofiling fixtures to ensure products are shoppable, transporting stock from the warehouse to the shop floor, and supporting replenishment as needed.
- Shifts are 10‑12 hours, days and nights (most shifts are nights). Shifts and availability are managed through our Field Power platform via smartphone.
- Clock in and out using your smartphone via the RAS Dashboard.
- Travel may be involved when local work is not available; accommodation will be provided when required to stay away from home.
Qualifications
- Eye for detail.
- General fitness as manual handling and lifting are involved.
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous retail experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Problem‑solving skills and a “can do” attitude.
- Availability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights, and is 18 years of age or older.
