Job Title: Event Marketing Manager Location: London, UK (Hybrid) Duration: 12-month parental cover Job Description We are seeking an experienced Strategic Initiatives Marketing Manager (contractor) to lead delivery across key pan-regional priorities during a 12-month parental cover period. Pan-EMEA role supporting Europe, Middle East & Africa marketing initiatives. Main focus areas are brand campaigns, retail/next-gen GTM strategy, and co-branded partnerships. Candidate will manage end-to-end co-branded partnership campaign pipeline. Candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, Heads of Sales, and strategic partners. Retail/next-gen marketing is a major growth area for the business. Strong preference for candidates with retail marketing or Finance or fintech experience. Asset management background is nice to have but not mandatory. Candidate should have strong B2C and digital marketing exposure. Main day-to-day focus will be retail next-gen initiatives and partnerships. Candidate will help execute pan-European brand campaigns and PR activations. PR stunt concepts are already planned; candidate will support regional execution. AI interest/experience is highly preferred. Experience with AI workflows, Copilot, automation, or AI agents will stand out. Looking for candidates with around 7–10+ years of experience. Current employee on leave is at AVP level.
