Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high‑quality dishes in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism during early‑start shifts.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and support independent work during peak periods.
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience as an assistant chef or chef.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude in a fast‑paced airport environment.
- Flexibility in hours; willingness to work 3 am shifts.
- Ability to provide a five‑year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.
