- 8 to 10 years of Experience as Salesforce Technical Architect
- Strong Salesforce knowledge across Sales, Service, Commerce (with integration and digital channel alignment exposure).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments delivering iterative releases.
- Experience with requirements for customer journeys, omnichannel processes, and digital experiences (Web/App).
- Demonstrated ability to act as a bridge between Salesforce delivery and digital product teams.
- Exposure to Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud and/or Agentforce (or comparable AI/agentic customer service capabilities).
- Experience with DAM requirements (asset lifecycle, metadata, taxonomy, rights management).
- Experience of retail/consumer domain programmes and large enterprise governance.
- Knowledge of integration patterns (API‑led, event‑driven), data migration implications, and security/compliance constraints.
- Qualifications / Certifications (Nice to have)
- Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect is essential. Progress towards, or holding, the Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential is a distinct advantage.
