Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive for an office‑based position with our client in East Kilbride.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new sales opportunities.
• Respond to incoming sales enquiries.
• Manage a portfolio of existing accounts.
• Optimise and maintain the CRM database.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B experience within an office and desk‑based sales environment.
• Experience in manufacturing areas (e.g., construction, refurb, signage, branding) is highly desirable.
• Experience with bids and tenders is a plus.
• Steady career history and transferable sales skills.

Full‑time permanent position, 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Salary range £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience. Potential annual company‑wide bonus of 3‑5% of salary if key revenue metrics are met.
