Ready to move beyond transactional sales?

Daro Group is looking for a driven, hunter-style Business Development Executive to grow our specialist disinfection, hygiene and risk management business across the UK.

You will own your territory, generate new opportunities, conduct site surveys and work alongside technical experts to deliver tailored solutions across water, air and surface applications.

Ideal for someone with experience in consultative B2B sales within medical, hygiene, facilities, infection control, water treatment, hospitality or technical solutions.

This role will suit someone who enjoys opening doors and building opportunities—not someone looking after a handful of existing accounts.

You’ll be comfortable prospecting, visiting customers, conducting site assessments and managing longer sales cycles. You won’t be afraid to pick up the phone, travel nationally, or engage with technical stakeholders.

If you prefer purely transactional sales, warm leads only, or a heavily account-managed role, this position is unlikely to be the right fit.
