Charity Shop Manager – Lead Team & Drive Sales

Age UK is looking for a Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Neath store in Port Talbot. This role involves leading a team of staff and volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximising sales and profits for the charity.

The Shop Manager will handle store operations, train and develop team members, and provide a great shopping experience. This role also includes additional benefits such as 25 days annual leave and a strong pension scheme.
