AWS Partner Sales Manager – System Integrator Lead

London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

£95,000 – £100,000 base | £150,000 – £160,000 OTE

About the Role

We are hiring a high-performing AWS Partner Sales Manager – SI Lead to own and scale strategic System Integrator relationships across the UK & broader EMEA region.

This is a senior player–coach leadership role responsible for driving significant partner-sourced revenue growth through AWS-aligned System Integrators, consultancies, and managed service providers.

You will operate at the intersection of commercial leadership, AWS ecosystem strategy, and enterprise partner execution, working directly with AWS field teams and senior SI stakeholders.

You will own a defined revenue target, lead a small team of Partner Sales Managers, and act as a trusted executive-facing leader within the AWS partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. SI Partner Leadership & Ecosystem Growth

  • Own and expand strategic relationships with System Integrators, global consultancies, and cloud service partners across AWS
  • Act as a primary commercial interface between AWS, SI partners, and internal leadership teams
  • Build and execute joint AWS go-to-market (GTM) plans aligned to priority industry and workload areas
  • Drive co-sell engagement, pipeline creation, and deal acceleration across enterprise and mid-market opportunities
  • Leverage AWS funding mechanisms (e.g. MAP, co-sell programmes, partner incentives) to maximise partner impact
  • Guide partners through their AWS journey, including onboarding, accreditation, and advancement to higher-tier status
  • Represent the organisation in AWS executive forums, partner briefings, and industry events

2. Team Leadership & Performance Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Partner Sales Managers (UK & EMEA coverage)
  • Set clear expectations around pipeline generation, forecasting, and partner engagement
  • Support team members on complex, high-value, strategic AWS opportunities
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution excellence, and collaboration
  • Develop repeatable best practices for partner engagement and AWS co-sell motions

3. Revenue Ownership & Commercial Execution

  • Own and deliver against a defined partner-sourced revenue and pipeline target
  • Drive consistent forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal progression discipline
  • Identify and develop new SI partner opportunities to expand ecosystem reach
  • Ensure disciplined execution of sales methodology and partner engagement standards
  • Provide clear commercial insight and reporting to senior leadership on partner performance and growth opportunities

4. AWS Ecosystem & Strategic Influence

  • Build strong working relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Account Teams, and Solution Architects
  • Influence AWS and partner strategy through market insight and field feedback
  • Collaborate with marketing, solution, and delivery teams to align messaging, propositions, and GTM execution
  • Identify emerging AWS trends, workloads, and funding opportunities to drive competitive advantage
  • Act as a senior ambassador for the business within the AWS ecosystem

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a commercially driven AWS partner leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in AWS partner sales, ideally with System Integrators or global consultancies
  • Strong understanding of AWS partner programmes, funding models, and co-sell mechanisms
  • Demonstrable success in pipeline generation, revenue growth, and enterprise deal execution
  • Experience working directly with AWS field teams and senior partner stakeholders
  • Track record of leading or mentoring partner-facing sales teams
