You’ll be working with an experienced management team, a growing loan book and a business that values strong introducer relationships, clear communication and sensible deal origination.

About you • A strong background within bridging finance, development finance or short term property finance • Experience originating lending opportunities through brokers • The ability to build, maintain and grow your own panel of introducers • A strong understanding of the UK property finance market • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets • Strong broker relationship management skills • A professional, commercial and service led approach • Knowledge of ground up development finance would be beneficial, although not essential • A stable employment history and the desire to join a growing lender for the long term
