What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing your own caseload of properties to a high standard
- Liaising with, looking after, and constantly updating our clients, beneficiaries and business partners with the progress of each transaction
- Chasing estate agents and mortgage offers, checking chains and encouraging buyers and clients to do what they need to do to progress
- Troubleshooting and customer care, ensuring transactions are as smooth as possible
Requirements
Prior work experience in the property industry, sales or customer service is required. You should have an engaging personality, be customer focused and keen to build relationships with clients, and possess confidence and enthusiasm.
You enjoy solving problems, thinking on your feet, and thrive in a busy environment. Commitment and ambition to succeed are essential, as opportunities to progress and develop are almost limitless for those who want them.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required as this is used heavily within the department. Work independently as well as a team player and support colleagues to deliver results. Bonus will be influenced by the success of the team as well as individual performance.
