Grounds Maintenance

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Ground Maintenance Operative to help maintain a 60acre site to a high standard.

This is a varied, hands‑on role that will suit someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in keeping sites clean, safe, and well presented.

What We Offer

• Full‑time employment
• Weekly pay
• £13 p/h plus enhanced pay rates for overtime
• Daytime hours Monday to Friday 8.00 – 16.30

Key Responsibilities

• Litter picking across the site
• Routine maintenance including mowing and pruning
• Clearing overgrown areas
• General maintenance
• Carrying out repairs where required
• Ensuring site remains clean, safe, and presentable at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred – experience operating grounds maintenance equipment such as strimmers, hedge cutters etc.
• Basic DIY or maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Knowledge of health & safety procedures
• Good timekeeping
• Driving licence
