Sales Director | Facilities Management (TFM & IFM) | PE-Backed Growth Business

I’m working with a PE-backed facilities management business with aggressive growth plans as they look to appoint a high-calibre Sales Director to play a pivotal role in their next stage of expansion.This is not a maintenance hire. This is a growth appointment for a proven deal-maker.

We’re looking for one of the best in the market, someone who knows how to win, shape, and close complex, high-value TFM and IFM contracts and who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Reporting directly into the Chief Growth Officer, this role will sit at the heart of the organisation’s growth agenda. You will be responsible for building a strong, high-performing sales function, driving major new business wins, and helping to shape the commercial strategy of a scaling PE-backed platform.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading and delivering aggressive new business growth across TFM & IFM
  • Building, developing, and leading a top-tier business development team
  • Winning and closing complex, multi-site, high-value FM contracts
  • Operating confidently at C-suite and board level
  • Working closely with operational and technical leaders to build winning solutions
  • Playing a key role in shaping the wider growth strategy of the business

  • A strong network and presence within the FM market
  • Demonstrable success leading and scaling commercial teams
