- Leading an ongoing CRM data cleansing project, working closely with colleagues and external sales agents to verify and update customer information.
- Supporting the business through an upcoming ERP migration, ensuring sales and customer data is accurately transferred and maintained.
- Producing weekly and monthly sales reports, analysing pipeline activity, conversion rates, lead performance and sales trends.
- Monitoring sales targets and performance, highlighting risks and opportunities to management.
- Distributing incoming leads and tracking progress through to outcome.
- Coordinating weekly sales meetings, managing agendas, actions and follow-up activity.
- Producing regular updates and communications for the external sales agent network.
- Coordinating customer quotations, product samples and sales-related enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate records of agent territories, contacts and commercial agreements.
- Providing performance reports and commercial insights to senior management.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and helping drive operational efficiency across the sales function.
