Programmatic Senior Executive

A leading media agency is looking to hire a Programmatic Senior Executive to join its growing team in Manchester.
Working across a diverse portfolio of well-known consumer, retail, publishing and lifestyle brands, this role offers the opportunity to manage and optimise programmatic campaigns for clients including household names across retail, publishing, healthcare and cultural sectors.
This position would suit someone with experience in Programmatic, Biddable Media or Paid Media who is looking to take the next step in their career within a highly collaborative agency environment.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, activating and optimising programmatic campaigns across a range of client accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams, media partners and clients to deliver campaigns that drive both brand awareness and commercial performance.
Alongside campaign management, you’ll contribute to testing strategies, performance analysis and ongoing optimisation, helping clients maximise the value of their media investment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation, optimisation and performance of programmatic campaigns
- Build media plans aligned to client objectives and campaign KPIs
- Monitor campaign delivery and identify optimisation opportunities
- Support campaign QA processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Develop and execute testing strategies, analysing results and identifying actionable insights
- Produce client reports and performance analysis with clear recommendations
- Build strong relationships with media partners and technology platforms
- Support the development of programmatic strategies across a varied client portfolio
- Ensure financial accuracy and effective budget management throughout campaign delivery
- Maintain best practice processes across the full campaign lifecycle
What They’re Looking For
- Experience within Programmatic, Biddable Media or Paid Media
- Agency experience would be highly desirable
- Candidates from in-house environments will also be considered where there is strong DSP experience
- Hands-on experience using platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk and/or Amazon DSP
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to learning and developing new skills
- Passion for digital media and programmatic advertising
