Deputy Shop Manager — Community Retail Lead

Oxfam in Newcastle upon Tyne is hiring a Deputy Shop Manager to oversee daily operations and motivate a diverse team. This role requires commercial awareness and the ability to engage with the local community, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
