About the role

We’re looking for a friendly, helpful person to join the team in our Norwich branch. The role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers in a welcoming environment where every day is different. It requires someone who can engage with diverse people, provide efficient support, and find solutions for customer needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Find solutions for customers and keep up to date with services, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate admin records.
  • Handle cash transactions carefully and accurately.
  • Triage and take telephone calls for the greater Customer Service area.

About you

For this role you’ll be a people person who can engage with a diverse range of customers and give them a great experience.

Essential qualifications

  • Current experience in a customer‑focused role (e.g., retail, hospitality or call centre).
  • Experience interacting directly with customers and providing excellent service on a daily basis.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate processing of customer data.

Desirable qualifications

  • Experience of cash handling.
  • Familiarity with following policies and processes.
  • Ability to handle challenging or sensitive customer situations.
