Production Operative
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a busy team. This is a temporary position with potential to become permanent for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing and parcelling finished products for delivery or client collection
- Operating machinery to manufacture products
- Making up custom boxes to suit various product types
- General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe production area
- Supporting general production tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Punctuality and reliability are essential

Location: Based in a rural location outside of Canterbury – own transport required.
