Our client is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join their southern team of engineers based between Swindon and Reading.
Main Responsibilities:
- SLA-driven EPOS and IT support for Hospitality, Retail, and Healthcare outlets.
- Diagnose and rectify issues with EPoS, networking, and networking devices.
- Participate in project work including AV, Digital Signage, and Customer Rollouts.
- Provide on-site support for EPoS, IT network/communications infrastructure, hardware, and software.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of EPoS systems and connectivity.
- Networking diagnosis and troubleshooting skills.
- Good fault-finding skills.
- Customer-facing skills.
- Cabling infrastructure experience (Cat5, Cat6, Wireless).
