Salary: £15.36 – £16.00 per hour

Hours: Bank – Zero hours

Shift Times: As/when needed in the service – 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00)

Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Bank Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Glebe House, a modern, purpose‑built care home located in Southbourne, near Chichester. It offers 40 residential places and is set in extensive grounds, with nearby shops and local facilities within walking distance.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice
• Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures
• Report changes in residents’ needs or well‑being promptly to the line manager
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date care plans and documentation

Qualifications And Experience

• Experience working with older people in residential care
• Completed or working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent)
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people
• Ability to lead a team and use own initiative
