We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter role in an Investment Management firm based in London. The organisation is a specialised lender that offers quick, affordable bridging loans and has extensive expertise in the real estate and finance sectors. It is looking for a Junior Bridging Finance Underwriter to join the team. The ideal applicant will possess demonstrated work exposure of at least 3 years in bridge financing.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
• Candidates must have proven working experience within the Bridging and/or Development Finance sector and will previously have held an Underwriting Mandate.
• Analytical abilities to the max.
• Capability to organise transactions according to the market sector, asset, and security.
• The ability to plan, arrange, prioritise, and manage time.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Outstanding written and vocal English.
• The ability to communicate in Chinese would be advantageous but not required.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A thinker who is creative and eager to work in a developing, nimble organisation.
